How coverage actually works
Measuring, delivering and installing all happen on site, so where a property sits genuinely matters.
We measure, fabricate and install ourselves rather than subcontracting the fitting, which means every job involves at least two visits to the property — once to measure, once to install.
That is why the service area is drawn where it is: all of London, plus roughly 20 miles beyond it. Inside that radius we can get to site, take accurate measurements and come back to fit without the travel changing the price of the job.
If you are just outside it, it is still worth asking — larger projects can sometimes justify the extra distance.
