We measure, fabricate and install ourselves rather than subcontracting the fitting, which means every job involves at least two visits to the property: once to measure and once to install.
The first conversation can start remotely. A photograph of the opening, wall, staircase or boundary, together with a postcode and a short description, is usually enough to understand the type of work involved. Approximate dimensions help at that stage, but fabrication dimensions are taken on site.
That distinction matters with bespoke metalwork. Existing walls can run out of level, gate openings can narrow from top to bottom, and staircases can change direction through a landing. The finished work has to follow the property that is actually there rather than dimensions taken from a standard product.
That is why the service area is drawn where it is: all of London, plus roughly 20 miles beyond it. Inside that radius we can travel to site, take accurate measurements and return to fit without the distance changing the practical shape of the job.
